Reviews:
An excerpt from "Don't Rhyme For The Sake Of Riddlin' - The Authorised Story of Public Enemy" by Russell Myrie

The first show took place in Passaic, New jersey, on April 1, 1987. There were still the odd teething problem. As PE eased into their first show the one thing that should never, ever occur during a hip-hop set happened right in front of Russell Simmons - the record skipped. Year later, Chuck can laugh about it easily. 'Flavor remembers quite clearly that he saw Russell smiling and then when the record skipped he saw the smile disappear instantly.'
