Notes: In 1998, the ABC network ran a prime time special called Rolling Stone Magazine’s State of The Union which included a short segment with the Beastie Boys. The piece had the Beastie Boys stopping by a New York record store and sorting through 7” records. Upon entering the store Horovitz asked, “do you sell rap music?”
