Notes: In this MTV Week in Rock news segment, director Spike Jonze explains how he and the members of the Pharcyde convinced Adam Horovitz and Michael Diamond to appear in the “Drop” music video. The song “Drop” samples Horovitz’s vocals from the Licensed to Ill track “It’s the New Style.” The words “Toke One” on Adrock’s shirt were later blurred out, whenever the video aired on MTV.
