Second Tibetan Freedom Concert
The concert raised $250,000 and had more than 50,000 attendees. This was the last concert that Hurricane DJed for the group.
"Root Down" from this performance was recorded and officially released as part of the 3xCD Tibetan Freedom Concert set on November 4, 1997. A video recording of the "Root Down" performance, which aired on MTV as a music video, appears as bonus material on the the Free Tibet DVD, which was released in 1998.
